The terms that apply to bookings and stays at Optionmomentumhub, and to use of this website.

1. Acceptance of terms

By submitting a reservation request, staying with us, or using this website, you accept these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not book or use the site. We may update these terms from time to time; the version in force is the one published on this page.

2. Bookings

  • A reservation request submitted through our website is an enquiry, not a confirmed booking.
  • A booking is confirmed only when we send written confirmation and any required deposit is received.
  • Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out by 11:00, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
  • All guests must provide valid identification at check-in.

3. Payment

  • Rates are quoted in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • A deposit may be required to secure a booking; the balance is settled at check-out.
  • We accept major credit cards and bank transfer. No payment details are stored on this website.

4. Cancellation & refunds

  • Cancellations made 14 or more days before arrival receive a full refund of any deposit.
  • Cancellations within 14 days of arrival may be charged up to the first night’s rate.
  • No-shows and early departures are charged at the full booked rate.
  • Refunds, where due, are processed to the original payment method within 10 working days.

5. Guest conduct

We ask all guests to respect the quiet, unhurried character of the house. We reserve the right to ask any guest whose behaviour disturbs others to leave without refund.

6. Casino-inspired salon

Our salon is a themed social lounge for in-house guests. It is provided as face-to-face entertainment only and is open nightly 17:00–00:00. No real-money gambling or online gaming is offered, on this website or at our premises. Participation is at the discretion of our lounge host.

7. Offline nature of our services

Optionmomentumhub is a physical boutique hotel. All hospitality, spa, restaurant and salon activities take place in person at 27 Lake Esplanade, Queenstown. We do not provide any online gaming, gambling or real-money wagering of any kind.

8. Liability

  • We take reasonable care to ensure the accuracy of information on this website but do not warrant it is error-free.
  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website or a stay, except where required by law.
  • Guests are responsible for personal belongings; we recommend using in-room safes.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of New Zealand, without prejudice to any statutory consumer rights you may have.
